I mean, I'm mean and I have a smaller top lip, but is it true?Is it true that people with a smaller top lip than their bottom lips are mean?

You know this because you have that physical characteristic, and you are mean!! I believe it has something to do with the inability to kiss well, especially with other sufferers.

No and actually the top lip is supposed to be slightly smaller than the bottom lip.
Sounds like physiognomy to me. Very UNscientific. If that was true there would have to be some kind of correlation between the genes for a small upper lip and the genes for being mean....well, first of all there would have to be genes for being mean...

of course not the majority of the people have a smaller top lip and most people are nice take me for an example i have a smaller top lip and im one of the nicest people( not bragging just stating a fact) i think that's a superstition
