yea you can use lip plumpers. the best one's i've used are too faced lip injection (it's called that but it's not really a lip injection) and patricia wexler's lip plumper (you can get it at bath and body works)

du wop lip venom lip gloss from sephora works but it stings when you put it on
it makes your lips plumper but not a whole lot bigger
let a bee sting them
