YES, boil water, then soke a towl in it of a while *** well as a tooth brush, (Ilike 1 min.) than brush your lips (it hurts) and then put thwe STEAMING towl on your lips and just let them swel. it only lasts about a day though.
There is this product by Nivea called A Kiss of Moisture. Even though it's meant to only moisturize lips, it also makes them look plumper all around.
not possible and dont try, cause it'll hurt ( I have a small mouth too, but it hasnt been a problem for me. I just take smaller bites)
