Yes it is possibble ,I have gotten some and it really hurted ,don't try popping it because it hurts and hurts really bad !Is it possible to get a pimple on ur lips?
No, not exactly on your lip. Pimples are from infections and oils in your skin, but not your lips. It's probably a cold sore.
On your actual lip or slightly above it? I get breakouts sorta on the edge of my lips .. not exactly directly on them though....
Could be a cold sore too...
