Before you read the rest of my answer NOTE THAT I AM NOT A MEDICAL NOR HEALTH EXPERT.

Go to your doctor or a dermatologist.

Okay the key will be to keep your lips moist and also do not aggravate them. Do NOT do things like picking it, peeling it, biting it, letting what you are eating rough it up or any other thing that could cause it to be aggravated. Do not play or touch it too much.

Remember whatever you put on your lips, apply it very gently.

You can use vaseline.

You can use a cream or an ointment with Aloe vera in it. The actual plant itself would be the best thing. If you can get it, peel off the green skin. Do NOT eat the skin. What you will be eating is the clear substance (it is solid but a bit soft and covered in clear slimy liquidy stuff).Do not bit or chew. Swallow the clear solid substance including the slimy liquidy substance. It is very bitter, but it will help. Do not eat too much. Here is an idea of roughly how much to eat every day for about 1 to 2 weeks. Do not eat it for too much longer than 1 week(Somewhere between 1 and 2 weeks should be fine). Cut a piece about 2 to 3 inches long, and about 1 to 2 inches wide and about 1 to 2 inches high. This piece might be to big to swallow, so you can cut it up into smaller pieces and swallow all the pieces one after the other. You can have some juice nearby to drink right after to take away the bitter taste. In fact you can swallow the pieces with juice, just like tablets. Rub some of the slimy stuff from the clear part on your lips. Remember to rub very gently.

Usually you can rub the slimy stuff from the skin on your skin, but in your case this might agravate your lips.

N.B.: For storage purposes do not peel the skin off of the part that you will not be using that day. Cut off the piece that you will be swallowing that day and just peel the skin off that piece only. Cover the exposed part (the part by where you cut off) with foil paper and put it in the refrigerator and keep it stored there.

Keep your lips moist. You can use creams, gels, and gently touching water to them. Licking them might agravate them, so be careful with that.

You can try the thing like a lipstick used to help when your lips are cracked.

Drink enough water. Not too much, but drinking water will help. Drinking water helps remove toxins from your body and helps improve your skin. Remember, drink enough but not too much.

I hope your lips get back better soon and with little or no pain.

I hope this was helpful. How do I get rid of suburn Blisters on my lips?
