Ive been using vasaline for my dry lips but now the skin around my lips is starting to peel please help?

Ive used vasiline for the past week and my lips are getting better but the skin around my lips is starting to peel is it something to do with the vasaline??


Please if you have any suggestions how i could get rid of peeling skin around my lips i would love to know:)

Its all good, the old or dead skin is peeling away making way for the new skin, I am an eczema sufferer and used to the ';snake shedding';, its totally normal, although it seems weird and sounds quite gross, try not to worry.Ive been using vasaline for my dry lips but now the skin around my lips is starting to peel please help?
i had the same problem, i would use Vaseline and the same thing would happen to me. and then i put on a different chap stick and the peeling stopped. i think it has to do with the Vaseline, or maybe you have sensitive skin. Report Abuse
