I heard someone say this and I have no clue what it refers to or means! Any ideas?Where does the saying ';liver lips'; come from and what does it mean?
first defination: Plumped protruding or otherwise disproportionately shaped lips possessing the characteristic of a liver in both color and texture. Lips that tend to flop like a fresh slice of liver.
