Does anyone know if permanent lip makeup will stop my lips from drying and peeling out ?

Please answer this question if you are only sure and/ or have seen people undergoing the procedure.Does anyone know if permanent lip makeup will stop my lips from drying and peeling out ?
I haven't done it, but, if you think about it logically, it's obvious that it won't. I mean, getting a tattoo won't stop your skin from itching, will it? Nothing can keep your skin from peeling unless the skin on your lips stopped shedding and reforming. It just doesn't work that way.Does anyone know if permanent lip makeup will stop my lips from drying and peeling out ?
no, it won't. using too much chapstick aggravates the problem. out honey on your lips over night, it speeds healing, mix in sugar, to exfoliate lips.
No, a tattoo is not the answer. Dry, chapped lips is the first sign of dehydration, so try drinking a lot more water. Drug store lip balms have drying agents in them so that you will use them quickly and keep buying them. Try a quality lip balm like Mary Kay that moisturizes for up to 6 hours. They also have a lip mask that will help exfoliate the dry skin on your lips.
Absolutely NOT. Permanent makeup is just tatooing, which will do nothing whatsoever to moisturize your lips. You need to do a few things, and I guarantee your problem will be solved:

1. Stop smoking if you do.

2. Drink plenty of water--not Diet Coke--water!

3. Use a sealing (oil-based) balm such as Vaseline, Carmex or Burt's Bees. If these don't wear well on you, you can try the more expensive lip conditioners from MAC, Estee Lauder and the like, but I find the cheap stuff actually works better.

4. If you want a little shine, you can add a gloss, but this is going to be hit or miss. Some glosses dry and chap. You will have to play around to find one that works for you. Lipsticks are not the way to go.

That's it. Give it 2 weeks and you'll have it solved. Good luck.
