Can kissing someone once on the lips be dangerous?

Can we catch things like mononucleosis? Can kissing someone once on the lips be dangerous?
Yes, the moisture of the mouth is a very good breeding ground for both bacteria and viruses...you can catch something from them, but it is usually only if your mucus in your mouth comes into contact with the mucus of someone elses mouth...Herpes simplex type 1 however, is caught by being exposed to someone who has an active outbreak (cold sores, fever blisters)...Be careful! Can kissing someone once on the lips be dangerous?
