For two days he's acted like he had a hairball. He looked as though he had trouble swallowing. He seems to be better but he still keeps licking his lips. I don't have a lot of money so I need to know whether to take him to the vet or not.Why does my cat keep licking his lips?

you might just need to give him water try a cat bottle to get him to drink alot and the liking lips might be becuase hes dehidrated try the bottle thing or a medicine indjector thingy that you put in his mouth
