Just something I've noticed and am curious about.Why do the insane constantly lick their lips?
The people that are ';insane'; may lick their lips because the medication they are being treated with may cause a dry mouth or excessive salivation. People sometimes lick their lips when they feel stressed.

Because the lips of the mentally ill taste better.
Do they? I lick my lips all the time........
Maybe it's because they think people look tasty.

are they chapped?
