Haha, if yours are anywhere near hers, you have thick lips.
If you are very far away from her lips, you have thin lips.

whats the difference between thick and thin...you work it out
people might be commenting on thick by saying symetrical..becuase symetrical thin lips can be deciving to the eye and appear thick
it depends on the rest of a persons facial structures and features
but normally it is pretty clear if they look thin then they are thin and if they look thick they are thick
just whatever you think
