How can i take care of dry lips ?

my lips always crack , i always moisturize them every day with vaseline overnight but if i forget to do that it will crack and bleed, any advices please? How can i take care of dry lips ?
Hi

Using vaseline would worsen your lip color to black or brown. So better use ghee or melted butter instead of vaseline.

DeviHow can i take care of dry lips ?
I know! Ok so, in the morning, after you brush your teeth, rub your toothbrush gently over your lips in a circular exfoliating motion. This will exfoliate your dry skin. Then use a mositurzing cream like Aquaphor (sold at walmart and other drugstores). It will work great! Use it throughout the day as needed. Apply a thick layer at night as well. You may be dehydrated so drink lots of water and cut out the caffeine like sodas and coffee. Take a daily vitamin as well. You can try a cosmetic product from Smashbox called Emulsion Lip Exfoliant. You can keep it in your purse or pocket throughout the day and rub it on your lips whenever they start to get dry. This exfoliates the dead skin off. Then make sure to add more moisturizing cream such as Aquaphor or a good chapstick like Burts Bees. Also, if your lips crack at the corners you aren't getting enough nutrients and vitamins in your diet so try eating healther and drinking orange juice.

This should take care of the problem.
Carry chap stick in your pocket, and apply it as much as you can. The same thing happens to me. Make sure not to lick your lips, the acid in your saliva drys them out even more.
Chapsticks.
I just carry around ';Burt's Bee'; chap stick AND ';Carmex'; and I put both on all the time, every time I think about it, I just put some on and go about my business. hope it gets better.
use chapstick anytime they feel dry,put vaseline on them in the morning and at night,

dont lick ur lips

Drink plenty of water,,
Use carmex that works better for dry lips.
