Is petrolium jelly good to use on your lips?

ive used it once on my chaped lips and it seemed to work but is ok to use on your lips?Is petrolium jelly good to use on your lips?
Oh my gosh it is AMAZING. And get this- put it on your face too if you have dry skin.

1) apply to skin and lips (not too heavy- it takes a while to absorb)

2) exfoliate with a toothbrush (it sounds crazy I know but I do this about once a week- it's great for removing dead skin cells on both your face and lips!)

3) allow PJ to absorb into skin and lips

4) experience skin and lips that are 10x softer and smoother!

P.S. Petroleum particles are fairly big so they won't clog your pores- they can't even get in!

Good luck =)Is petrolium jelly good to use on your lips?
i personally don't think it's that great. its occlusive meaning it just sits on top of your skin. the skin on your lips is very thin and the pores are very small. The chances that the petroleum jelly will even sink in is slim to none. it'll keep them moist but it will literally just sit there. Get a really good chapstick like burt's bees. Its really good for your lips. It keeps them moist throughout the day and isn't as heavy. Good luck
Actually, it is about one of the best things to soften your skin, and for chapped lips.
YES its ok
Yes its ok but ok if you want to get rid or extra skin on your lips do this

soak a toothbrush in water for 5 mins

apply vasilen on your lip let it stay for a few mins and brush your lips with the tooth brush and afterwards put chap stick on it and you'll have soft lips for a while :)
Yes, it is ok to use on your lips
Yes!

I would think it would be okay. People use it on there baby's bottoms.
yes i use it all the time! it makes your lips smooth as a baby's bottom! :]
Only if you are not going to be kissing anyone.
It's VERY GOOD to use on your lips.

You can use it under lipstick or on top for extra shine.

When you're going to have your picture taken, you can put a bit on your teeth, to keep your lips from sticking to your teeth.

Vaseline is also good to use as a winter treatment for hands and feet. Apply some before you go to bed, slip on some socks or cotton gloves, and go to sleep. You'll wake in the morning with super sooth skin.
