couldn't see it. broken link. but here's what you do. go to www.picnik.com and put your picture in. then go to the create bar and look at the options on the side. go all the way down to ';scribble'; (or something like that). then choose a reddish color and a size for your pen and color your lips (it WILL look drastic at first). then use the slidy thing underneath where you selected scribble and give it a higher opacity until it blends with the picture and tints your lips as red as you wish. hope i helped! xoxoWhat can i do to make my lips red in a dull photo?

but, if you're talking about where everything is in black and white except one color, that is a feature on the canon powershot cameras.

put on red lipstick , or get lip plumper and then make sure the shot focuses in on your mouth. I do agree though that makin your lips stand out is a good way to get noticed. You go girl!
