I'm just very curious because it looks like a normal lip balm-white colour. I tested on tissue paper and it left a pink stain.

A product 'reacts' when applied, possible when in the open air this goes a little pink. You'll notice that a lot of products look different dependent on the person wearing them. As this is menthol, it's purpose will likely be to plump up lips and a little colour is part of that.
