lots and lots of washing... i did use to take a syringe (NO needle) and suck them out.. it was small opening and thus not as painful...How do you get rid of those little black heads around your lips without pain?

First, make to wash that area every time you eat, because food has a way of blocking those pores just there.

Black heads are basically a hardened oil mixture that was secreted from your pores and oxidized (which makes the outside part black) and since water and oil don't mix, no water based product can ';clean'; your blackheads away, just try say putting certain foundations or makeups on the mirror and if you wipe it with water it smudges all over but put a little baby oil and wipe and tada! it comes off super clean AND dissolves it. So this is basically how this oil works. It's composition is such that the skin accepts it as a healing oil and it does not clog your skin but rather protects it while the plant extracts inside go down into the pores (this absorption is made possible by applying the toner to the skin before applying the oil and then applying the dabs of oil over your moistened face), it then penetrates into the pores.

yeah..fingernails tend to leave scars.it wud be better if u cud steam it first n thn sqeeze em out.
just wash the skin around there throughly every morning and night and they should slowly but certainly fade away. also put a cold pack on it.
Grin and bare it,, there is really no way with out a small amount of pain,, blackhead strips will pull, causing pain, and squeezing will cause pain,
But no more than a watery eye.

push it out from the inside with ur tongue muscles
Take a hot shower or bath. After you get out of the shower/bath your pores will be open (albeit, you have to stay in there for at least 10 minutes). Then, put your fingers on either side of the blackhead and gently apply pressure. The blackhead should squeeze right out. Afterwards, try not to rub the area or go outside for a little.

cut a q tip in half and pop it with the cotton side of the q tips
squeeze it out
squezzing with ur fingers will leave scars
use an exfoliate and wash your face well to clean out your pores...if you prevent it, you don't have to treat the condition.
