Depends on the type of makeup you are using. If you are using the cheap paints from Walmart and some costume stores, then I would read the package first. If it says don't, dont! But with the more expesive name brand face paints, IE M.A.C, Mehron, Ben Nye, then as far as I know, it is safe.

Is it okay to put face paint make-up on the lips?
I was just concerned whether or not it was good to put face paint make-up on the lips?Is it okay to put face paint make-up on the lips?
