First of all I have crohns disease and in the past I had ulcers in my tongue.
A week ago I have been eating Doritos and popcorn like crazy(many movies),after like 3 days my lips start burning a lot and the sides of my lips have small cuts and is hurtings.
Does any body have a idea?My lips are burning what should I do?
My dermatologist told me to never, ever use carmex, as did the pharmacist as it dries out the skin more.
I was told to just slather on the vaseline petroleum jelly. It moisturizes but doesn't really doesn't get rid of all the burning (in my own experience) but it does cut it down quite a bit.
I have also found that brushing teeth and rinsing with water after every snack, especially spicy foods, helps cut down on the burning.My lips are burning what should I do?
Drink too much water can solve your problem.I think your body need a lot of water.
PAY the fire/emergency services,some LIP service!
Put vaseline on your lips that will heal them.
Carmex works great!
I too have Crohn's disease and get really dry cracked lips. I always use carmex when my lips are like this. I did not realize this was a side affect of the Crohn's.

try cutting a tomato in half and place them on your lips, its an old remedy. or just put desitin..
Drink a LOT of water continuously and maybe apply some vaseline if it is still irritated.

couldn't see it. broken link. but here's what you do. go to www.picnik.com and put your picture in. then go to the create bar and look at the options on the side. go all the way down to ';scribble'; (or something like that). then choose a reddish color and a size for your pen and color your lips (it WILL look drastic at first). then use the slidy thing underneath where you selected scribble and give it a higher opacity until it blends with the picture and tints your lips as red as you wish. hope i helped! xoxoWhat can i do to make my lips red in a dull photo?

Sleep on a clean pillow case every few days, you can put tea tree oil on it at night, use the mint julep mask t wice a week. That really helps. Also make sure you exfoliate twice a week to get rid of dead skin cells. Make sure your clenser has acne medicine and most importantly drink plenty of water. That will help the most. I used to have problem skin, but now it is smooth and clear. I also put baking soda mixed with water on my face nad take a shower. it helps to exfoliate. That is what makes it baby soft. Good luck. Caffeine is a diuretic which means it dehydrates us. Drink at least 2 litres of water a day. And eat more fresh fruit and veg, that also helps the skin.

Yes, that is it completely. My ship sinks everytime the lips aren't tight for a prolonged period of time. But I have faith in that you, as a fine member of the WAVS, will not let our sailors down.
It is a WWII slogan about keeping secrets that may give our adversary the advantage and ultimately cost the lives of our soldiers, sailors, airmen, marines and others supporting the war effort. Idle talk can give out ';clues'; that can give away our secrets.
The slogan was popular in WWII. The idea behind it was that both Germany and Japan had spies in the U.S. who were trying to gather information on sailing schedules for supply convoys, troop ships and war ships. The Germans, in particular, carried on a very active U-Boat campaign against allied shipping in the Atlantic. As U-boats were not particularly fast, and to fight effectively against a convoy it was beneficial to have several U-Boats involved in an attack (called a Wolf Pack) it was very much to the Germans' advantage to learn of departures and deployments of escorts (Destroyers, Destroyer Escorts, Frigates, and later even Escort Carriers which were small carriers that had a handful of anti-submarine warfare equipped planes on board.
Contrary to the movies, U-Boat captains mostly attacked on the surface, and often at night, trying to manuver their boats nose in to the target to present a small hard to see profile. This enabled the submarine to go much faster than when submerged.
In any event, a significant advantage was to be had if one learned of when and where potential targets might be, so that you could manuver a force in place to attack them. Mindful of this, the government put out posters that said ';:Loose lips sink ships'; often with a sinking ship in the background, to remind civilian and military personnel not to talk about when ships were coming and going in U.S. ports.
